Using this site
monmooremusic.com is Mon Moore's official site. Use it to hear him, read about him, and reach his team. Please do not copy the site, scrape it, overload it, try to get into the parts that are his alone, or use the forms to send spam.
His work is his
The music, lyrics, videos, photographs, artwork and the crown mark on this site belong to Mon Moore or the people he works with. Press may use the photos and the crown from the press kit to cover Mon Moore, credited "courtesy of Mon Moore." Any other use needs permission first, which you can ask for through Connect.
What you send us
When you send a booking request or join the list, you confirm the details are yours to give and accurate. We read every request but cannot promise to answer each one or to accept every booking; a booking is only agreed once both sides confirm it directly.
Emails and alerts
If you join the list, we email you a welcome and news of new music. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Phone alerts stop when you turn off notifications for the site. How we handle your details is set out in the privacy policy.
Supporting Mon
If Mon lists Venmo, Cash App or PayPal on the site, anything you send goes straight to him through that service and under its terms. It is a gift, not a purchase, so nothing is owed in return and refunds are between you and that service.
Other services
Links and players from Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud and Instagram are run by those companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for what happens on their side.
If you think we used your work
If something on this site uses your work without permission, tell us through Connect with what it is and where it appears, and we will look at it quickly and take it down if you are right.
The fine print
The site is offered as it is. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, Mon Moore is not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from the services it links to.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
